How does the billboard sponsor program work?
Organizations or individuals can donate $500 to get a new 8’x4’ billboard placed behind the varsity outfield fences for one year. Billboards can then be renewed for a 1-year period for a $200 donation. You may renew @ $200. as a returning sponsor indefinitely unless you have an artwork change then of course you will need to pay for those changes.
If you solicit a new Billboard donation of $500, $400 will be allocated toward the membership donation. Solicitation of two new billboards in a school year will cover your annual recommended booster donations. For each Billboard Renewal of $200 each, you will be credited with $100 toward your membership donation.
Where does the membership donation go?
Each year the Booster Club works to support the baseball program both financially and through multiple fundraising efforts behind the scenes. We welcome and solicit ALL helpers and suggestions.
