Matt Bywater is one of the most talented pitchers in Southern California. This lefty is part a a very strong and deep pitching staff. Matt will attend Pepperdine University next fall on a baseball scholarship and will join the nationally ranked Waves pitching staff. Bywater has three above average pitches with solid command. As long as the lancers can play defense behind him and give him some run support, Matt will be very difficut to beat. Bywater will enjoy a solid 2007 season.
