WEST HIGH SCHOOL -- TORRANCE
20401 Victor Avenue, Torrance     Take 101 or 118 Fwy east to the 405 Freeway South to Hawthorn Blvd. Go Right on Hawthorn to Del Amo and turn Right again. Go to Victor and turn Left. No info available as to where the baseball field is at this time (5/10/01) 

SAUGUS 

21900 W. Centurion Way  Saugus   Take the 118 East to the 405 North which merges with 5 North (towards Magic Mountain) Exit at Valencia Blvd.  Keep Right at the fork in the ramp so that you are on Valencia Blvd.  Turn Left on Bouquet Canyon Rd. and proceed to Centurion Way. Turn Left on Centurion. The baseball field is visible from the street.  There are bleachers, but no shade. (You can also get there off the 14 which is a long way around!) 

VERDUGO HILLS

10625 Plainview  Tujunga  Take 118 East to the 210 East. Exit at Sunland Blvd. and go left on Sunland to Plainview Avenue. Turn left onto Plainview. The baseball field is closer to Irma Avenue which is reached by turning Left on Summitrose  (from Plainview) and Right on Irma. See campus  map Verdugo Hills

CHATSWORTH

Take the 118  East to DeSoto  and proceed south on DeSoto to Lemarsh (one block past Devonshire). The baseball field is on the corner of Lemarsh and DeSoto. See campus map Chatsworth

GRANT 

13000 Oxnard Street   Van Nuys. (Near LA VAlley College) Take 101 south to Coldwater Canyon exit. Turn Left on Coldwater and Left on Oxnard.  The baseball field is on Ethel Street which crosses Oxnard. See Campus map U.S. Grant 

SAN FERNANDO

11133 Omelveny Avenue  San Fernando.  Take 118 East to Laurel Canyon exit.  (towards 5 North) Turn Left onto Laurel Canyon. Turn Right onto S. Fox Street which becomes Fox St. Turn Left onto Omelveny Avenue.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD

5231 Colfax Avenue  N. Hollywood   Take 101 Fwy and exit  LAUREL CANYON. Turn Left and proceed to RIVERSIDE. Turn right. Go to COLFAX and turn left.  A gate just passed the main buildings leads to the field. There is limited parking back in this area. Take Chairs...no real shade. The field is on the school's Track.

WOODBRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL  game is at Windrow Park... near the high school

Take 101 to 405 SOUTH into Orange County... Exit Culver Drive and turn LEFT onto CULVER. Take CULVER to ALTON PKWY and turn RIGHT and then go LEFT on Meadowbrook.  (Alternate route... Take 101 east, merge to 134 merge to 210 to 605 SOUTH to the 405 SOUTH ...then to Culver exit as above ... this avoids west LA and LAX TRAFFIC!!!!!)  86.6 miles approx 90-115 minutes driving time (no traffic)

TORRANCE HIGH SCHOOL

2200 W. Carson Street Torrance 90501

Take 101 Fwy east to the 405 Fwy and go south (towards LAX). Exit at CRENSHAW and turn right onto Crenshaw. Proceed 2.3 miles to CARSON and turn left. 54 miles from TOHS...approx 65 minutes driving time. 

BIRMINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL

Take 101 Fwy EAST towards Los Angeles. Exit at BALBOA and turn left. Proceed north on Balboa and just past VICTORY you'll see HAYNES. Turn left and follow the road into the school parking lot. Park in the student lot (A Bus lot will be on your right) Face WEST (away from Balboa) and walk through the gates (near the bus lot) keep going and you'll see the field. There is great afternoon shade and plenty of grandstand seating.

KENNEDY

Take 118 Fwy east and exit at BALBOA. Turn right and go one block to San Fernando Mission Blvd. Turn left and proceed east to Gothic. Turn left and follow road around to school. Keep going until the road turns right. Parking lot is next to the field. Grand stands are close in and viewing is not great. Chairs could work. No shade. Wind is factor.

GRANADA HILLS

Take 118 FWY east and exit at Reseda. Turn left at first light (San Fernando Road) Go to ZELZAH and turn right. Proceed south until you pass CHATSWORTH. Keep going until you pass the football field and a side street (unmarked) to your right will lead you to the parking lot. There is NO shade and the viewing stands leave something to be desired. Chairs may help. SUNSCREEN!!!
